The Polispecialistico Lambrate has a direct agreement with ProntoCare/OneCare/Welion only for dental services

To book services in agreement with the ProntoCare/OneCare/Welion fund you will need to contact the Polispecialistico Lambrate directly and schedule a first appointment by communicating that you are a ProntoCare/OneCare/Welion member for a visit and or cleaning of the teeth.

 

You will then have to ask the Fund to open a ticket by communicating: time and date of the appointment together with the type of service requested.

 

Once an initial visit or dental cleaning has been carried out at the Polispecialistico with our dentists (possibly x-rays too), we will send the request for useful services directly to the fund and, once received, we will inform you of the estimate for the costs to be incurred with details of the amount repaid by the fund.

 

Always discounted rates At the Polispecialistico Lambrate you will be entitled to quality services according to the rate list agreed with ProntoCare/OneCare/Welion, even if the fund does not reimburse you directly

 

NB: both at the time of booking and BEFORE PAYMENT you will have to inform the staff of the Polispecialistico which fund you are registered with
