The courses season for Pilates Matwork activity opens with two trial lessons

It is possible to book your lesson on Friday September the 15h at 5 pm or 6 pm

Group lessons (max. 6 people) lasting 50 min, with increasing level and intensity:

Time Friday 15 September 2023

1. 5.00 pm - 5.50 pm basic level pilates matwork

2. 6.00 pm - 6.50 pm basic level pilates matwork

Open and free access, comfortable clothing, non-slip socks and personal towel are recommended.
